01 Introduction & Scope of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and exotot ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the exotot website, mobile app, and all services provided under the exotot name.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which forms part of this agreement.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the exotot platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the registration date.
• Not a resident of any country or territory where online gambling is prohibited.
• Not listed in any active gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Exotot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts that fail to verify eligibility within the specified period will be suspended until verification is complete. Any funds in accounts confirmed to belong to underage users will be fully forfeited.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the exotot platform. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods by the same person.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. exotot employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires identity verification before any withdrawal is made. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residence (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Proof of the payment method used for the deposit.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to exotot.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Exotot accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account within the specified timeframe.

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the Deposit page in your account.
• No processing fee is charged by exotot for standard deposits.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
• Exotot reserves the right to decline or reverse any suspicious deposit.
• Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted — the payment method must be in the same member's name.

All financial transactions on the exotot platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your bank account or digital wallet information is not stored on exotot servers and is processed through payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards.

05 Fund Withdrawal

Exotot members may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in their account. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

• Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Standard processing time is between 10 minutes and 24 business hours.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply — details are available in your account.
• Exotot reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes.
• Any bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by exotot are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Those terms form part of this overall agreement.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Exotot reserves the right to withdraw bonuses if their usage terms are not complied with.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including bonus hunting or the use of multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited.
• Promotional offers may have expiry dates — check the details of each promotion.

Exotot reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus-related decisions made by the exotot team are final.

07 Game Rules & Outcomes

All games available on the exotot platform use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and true randomness. The outcome of each game is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, exotot will determine the appropriate course of action based on system records.
• Bets placed during a system outage may be voided and funds returned.
• Winnings resulting from software bugs or system errors will not be paid out.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is as stated by the game provider.

For Live Casino games, outcomes announced by the live dealer are final. Any dispute must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident, including the round number or session ID.

08 Prohibited User Conduct

To keep the exotot platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering.
• Using the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• Transferring funds between member accounts without explicit authorisation from exotot.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing support staff or other members.

09 Data Protection & Privacy

Exotot is committed to protecting the personal data of all members in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected and processed as described in Privacy Policy us.

• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for legal compliance.
• All data is stored on secure servers with high-level encryption.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The exotot platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, exotot does not guarantee continuous availability free from technical issues.

• Exotot is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or cyberattacks beyond our control.
• Exotot's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit value made by that member in the past 30 days.
• Exotot is not responsible for any personal financial decisions made by members based on their use of the platform.

Online gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you play at your own risk and exotot is not liable for any financial losses incurred.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Exotot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms.
• Reporting fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Request by legal or regulatory authorities.
• At the member's own request through the self-exclusion process.

If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member once the review is complete. Accounts terminated due to violations are not eligible for any refund.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved conclusively through arbitration, unless your local laws provide rights that cannot be excluded.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact the exotot support team to seek an amicable resolution. exotot will endeavour to address every complaint within 10 business days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
